1. 我們如何收集和使用您的個人信息

我們深知個人資訊對您的重要性，並會盡全力保護您的個人資訊安全可靠。 我們致力於維持您對我們的信任，恪守以下原則，保護您的個人資訊：權責一致原則、目的明確原則、選擇同意原則、最少夠用原則、確保安全原則、主體參與原則、公開透明原則等。

通常情況下，我們會出於以下目的收集和使用您的個人資訊

1.1 註冊、登錄

當您註冊成為Milu使用者時，您需要提供手機號碼以創建Milu帳號，並完善相關的網路身份識別資訊（如頭像、昵稱、性別等）。

在您成功註冊Milu用戶賬號後，可以通過手機號碼或者平台ID進行登錄

如您選擇授權使用第三方賬號登錄時，我們會從第三方獲取您共用的帳號資訊（如頭像、昵稱、性別等資訊）與您的Milu賬號進行綁定用於快捷登錄，我們會依據與第三方的約定，在符合相關法規的前提下，使用您的個人資訊。

1.2 相機、相冊權限

相機、相冊許可權等默認是關閉狀態，只有在您明確同意后我們才會在您同意的範圍內調用或使用。開啟該權限后可以使用相關功能上傳您的照片/圖片，以實現上傳/更換頭像

1.3 麥克風語音權限

您可在開啟麥克風許可權後使用麥克風實現連麥交流學習知識。在此過程中，我們會收集您的語音內容。望您知曉，即使您已同意開啟麥克風許可權，我們也僅會在您主動點擊麥克風按鈕時通過麥克風獲取語音資訊。

2. 我們如何共享、轉讓、公開披露您的個人信息

(1)共享

未經您同意，我們不會向其他任何公司、組織或個人分享您的個人資訊，但以下情況除外：

● 獲得您的明確同意或授權：獲得您的明確授權后，我們會與其他方共用您的個人資訊;

● 在法定情形下的共享：根據法律法規規定、訴訟爭議解決需要，或按政府主管部門的強制性要求或司法裁定，必須對外共用您的個人資訊;

● 在法律要求或允許的範圍內，為了保護【Milu】App及其使用者或社會公眾的利益、財產或安全免遭損害而有必要提供您的個人資訊給第三方。

(2)轉讓

未經您同意，我們不會將您的個人信息轉讓給任何公司、組織或個人，但以下情況除外：

獲得您的明確同意或授權：獲得您的明確授權后，我們會向其他方轉讓您的個人資訊

(3)公開披露

● 獲得您的明確同意或授權；

● 基於法律、法律程式、訴訟或政府主管部門強制性要求的情況下，我們可能會向有關機關披露您的個人資訊。 但我們保證，在上述情況發生時，我們會要求披露請求方必須出具與之相應的有效法律檔，並對被披露的信息採取符合法律和業界標準的安全防護措施。

3.1 您個人信息的保存

(1)存儲期限

您在使用本平臺期間，我們將持續保存您的個人資訊，保存期限將以不超過為您提供服務所必須的期間為原則。 在您終止使用本平臺或關閉相應授權后，除法律法規對於特定資訊保留期限另有規定外，我們會對您的資訊進行刪除或做匿名化處理。

(2)存儲地域

我們的伺服器目前部署在香港。我們會按照法律法規規定，將收集的用戶個人訊息存儲在伺服器。

我們已使用符合業界標準的安全防護措施保護您提供的個人資訊，防止數據遭到未經授權訪問、公開披露、使用、修改、損壞或丟失。 我們會採取一切合理可行的措施，保護您的個人資訊。 例如，採用加密技術傳輸您的個人資訊; 採用保護機制防止個人資訊遭到惡意攻擊。

4.您管理個人信息的權利

4.1 訪問、更正和補充您的個人信息

訪問、更正和補充頭像、暱稱等基本信息：（1）點擊“我的”（2）點擊頭像（3）進行信息查詢和修改

4.2 刪除您的個人信息

對於您的部分個人資訊，您也可以自行通過本條“訪問、更正和補充您的個人資訊”中列明的方式刪除您的部分個人資訊。

4.3 撤回您對個人信息的同意

我們提供的產品和服務的部分功能需要獲得您使用設備的相關許可權（包括：相冊、相機、麥克風等，具體以產品實際獲取的功能為準）。 您可以在授權後隨時撤回（或停止）對該許可權的繼續授權。 您需理解，當您撤回授權后，我們無法繼續為您提供撤回授權所對應的特定功能和/或服務。 但您撤回授權的決定，不會影響此前基於您的授權而開展的個人信息處理。

我們非常重視你對個人資訊的管理，並盡全力保護你對於你個人資訊的查詢、訪問、修改、刪除、撤回同意授權的相關權利，以使你有能力保障你的隱私和資訊安全。

5.我們如何保護未成年人的個人信息

5.1 根據現行有效的法律法規等相關規定，我們將不滿14周歲的未成年人均視為兒童。 如您為14周歲以下未成年人，請您的父母或監護人閱讀本政策，並在徵得您父母或監護人同意的前提下使用我們的服務或向我們提供您的資訊。

5.2 如您的父母或監護人不同意您按照本政策使用我們的服務或向我們提供資訊，請您立即終止使用我們的服務並及時通知我們，以便我們採取相應的措施。

1.1 Registration and Login

When you register as a Milu user, you need to provide your mobile phone number to create a Milu account and complete relevant network identity information (such as avatar, nickname, gender, etc.).

After you successfully register a Milu user account, you can log in with your mobile phone number or platform ID

If you choose to authorize the use of a third-party account to log in, we will obtain the shared account information (such as avatar, nickname, gender, etc.) from the third party and bind it with your Milu account for quick login. We will use your personal information in accordance with the agreement with the third party and under the premise of complying with relevant laws and regulations.

1.2 Camera and Album Permissions

Permissions such as camera and album are disabled by default, and we will only call or use them within the scope you agree to after you explicitly consent. After enabling this permission, you can use related functions to upload your photos/pictures to realize uploading/changing avatar

1.3 Microphone and Voice Permissions

You can use the microphone to realize group voice chat for learning and exchanging knowledge after enabling the microphone permission. In this process, we will collect your voice content. Please note that even if you have agreed to enable the microphone permission, we will only obtain voice information through the microphone when you actively click the microphone button.

2. How we share, transfer and publicly disclose your personal information

(1) Sharing

Without your consent, we will not share your personal information with any other company, organization or individual, except in the following cases:

● Obtaining your explicit consent or authorization: We will share your personal information with other parties after obtaining your explicit authorization;

● Sharing in statutory circumstances: According to the provisions of laws and regulations, the need for litigation dispute resolution, or in accordance with the mandatory requirements of government authorities or judicial rulings, it is necessary to share your personal information with the outside world;

Our servers are currently deployed in Hong Kong. We will store the collected user personal information on the servers in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
